RAISE EDM

RAISE EDM (Employee Data Manager) - personnel management system for small- and middle-scale enterprises - this standard "client-server" application is the Microsoft SQL Server 7.0-2000 -based solution targeting administrative support of staff management activities at common type enterprise level. There is an elaborate data storage, retrieval and presentation scheme realized in the system including processing of data items like personal details, skills and professional records, etc.

The following workplaces are implemented in the system:

- personal data processor; - statistic analyzer; - system administrator.

Search facility with flexibly user-customizable search profile implemented in the system provides for complex data retrieval capabilities. System open interface with other third-party software is provided through data import / export facility using Microsoft Word / Microsoft Excel industry de facto standards. Data security issues are addressed at SQL Server level ensuring high privacy standards.
