RAISE Clinic

RAISE Clinic - automated clinic management system - this standard Sphere CASE application is an Oracle Database 7.3-8.x -based solution interfaced with Sphere Portal universal client. Targeted at complete possible elimination of short-lived paper case histories, laboratory diagnostic checkup assignments and reception ledgers RAISE Clinic represents an integrated environment for patient data input, update and retrieval for any medical field. High system dependability, data security and strict control over user actions are of special concern in the RAISE Clinic system as its architecture was designed to provide both secrecy and availability to patient confidential data stored.

The following workplaces are implemented in the system:

- head physician; - clinical ward; - radiology ward; - functional diagnostics; - clinical-diagnostic laboratory; - physiotherapy ward; - endoscopies ward.

The system provides for registration of accounting data on patients and clinic staff as well as for tracking case histories for patients treated. Case histories data include therapeutic and prophylactic treatment assignments and laboratory diagnostic checkup results.

RAISE Clinic functionality includes:

- input, long-term storage and retrieval of medico-diagnostic data; - preparation and issue of medical certificates on patient's condition; - issue of case history excerpts, prescriptions and treatment assignments; - treatment / diagnostic activities control and analysis; - issue of print and analytical reports on data stored.

RAISE Clinic allows to formally visualize case history in style of conventional medical report with registration forms as well as to instantly assess data on patient's condition and process variation dynamics for characteristics observed. Users can create custom views to browse data from patients' case histories having the power of fully functional form editors at their finger tips. It is also possible to interactively create patient queues and directories for other workplaces in the system. Convenient and simple in use handling of patients groups enables for reception scheduling from and for any workplace. RAISE Clinic delivers detailed statistic reports on all major system activities like medical practices, reception statistics, etc. System interaction with other third-party software is provided through OLE interface.
